What we collect
- Order information — name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number and order details.
- Payment information — handled directly by our payment provider, PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
- Enquiries — anything you send us through the contact form or by email. Contact form messages are delivered to us by Web3Forms; they are not stored on this website.
- Website usage — cookies and analytics data, only where you have consented.

Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary, with:
- PayPal — to take and process your payment.
- Mal's E-commerce — our basket and checkout provider, which handles your order and delivery details.
- Our delivery carrier — name and address, to deliver your order.
- Web3Forms — delivers messages sent through our contact form to our inbox. They process whatever you put in that form: your name, email address, order number and message.
- Our website host and accountant — as needed to run the business.
We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where your data is held
Some of our providers, including PayPal, Mal's E-commerce and Web3Forms, process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision covering the receiving country.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year, as required by HMRC. Enquiries not resulting in an order are kept for up to two years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email {{EMAIL}}. We will respond within one month.
